I need a website for my tutoring group in which people will connect to learn French. Teachers/tutors and students will have free accounts and students will pay to recruit tutors/teachers. People can subscribe to become teachers/tutors. Teachers/tutors can publish articles, start discussions, upload their resume and credentials. The website needs it's own chat room. and should be connected to Facebook and Twitter. The website will also have it's YouTube channel.
