I am a fitness enthusiast with a good background across many sports, I am looking for a rough 8 week weight lifting program that will not only build the most common muscle groups but create a well rounded athletic body. I have mostly a calisthenic background so I'm not sure how these translate into weight lifting but here are my lifts at the moment. Squat - 90kg 5*5 Deadlift - 120kg 5*5 Bench - 75kg 5*5 I require someone with at least 3 years of dedicated weight lifting or a personal trainer or someone with a Certificate 2+ in fitness. I am looking to pay between $30-50 depending on quality. Preferably arrange the workouts into muscle groups or something that makes sense and covers all bases. I would like to go to the gym around 3 times a week for 1 hour. Exercises should be easily googleable or a link to someone performing the exercise should be provided so I know how to do what is on the program. I can do muscle ups and hand stand pushups on a wall so I'm looking for something challenging that will make me functionally stronger and shape me and build muscle appropriately. Diet and nutrition are not required.
