Hi. I can read and write Hebrew. I can read my Tanakh with the nikkud. I have my own personal Hebrew English Dictionary. I also have experience with typing hebrew . I may not fit your job description. I may not be able to translate a Sefer(book), but i can make flyers, posters and banners. This is me saying Hi in case you got smaller jobs and needed them done quickly.
