I'm starting with freelancing but I know javascript and HTML. I would change all the charts to a much more reasonable javascript. You don't want to clog the site and keep making new texts every time the client chooses an option. I would use jquery and just change the text on each of them. Clients would also have a faster experience, not only because of the elements that aren't generated, but also because of less code having to be downloaded from the server ($(element) is much shorter than getelementbyid) also I would suggest minifying and obfuscating the code.
