Developing River schematics for regions in Victoria currently using Illustrator. Looking at quotes for creating an online tool to enable end users to create schematics using drag and drop for graphic elements and text fields and enabling formatting of those text fields. Tool will cater for A4 size and a print function will also need to have a layers function.

Development and Delivery are important.
