non-responsive HTML production of 2 pages

We need to show to our customer a main page and an example of news page. On main page area, top menu is always visible (position fixed). In the jpg files you can see an example opened submenu. The big image area is a video indeed and there is a semi-transparent blue layer over it. Normally the video should always fill the height of the screen, minus 100px for the "son dakika" area where some news will slide as texts. So, to fill the height of the screen-100px-menu area, the video will always be cropped: most of the time it will be cropped horizontally, but for some resolutions its possible that some empty area will be visible on left and right sides. The video example is here: [login to view URL] When you click "explore" button, the screen should scroll until son dakika area will be visible after the position fixed main menu header area. On the content area; 1. line, Taşıma Hatları is a JPG. 2. Line, there is 3 boxes for news and announcements. For the first item, we show how the mouseover effect will be. 3. Line, there is 2 boxes: "online tarife hesaplama" and "Motorsiklet ve otomobiller için bilgilendirme". Which are all links to a page (we will change the href) At the right column, you see an example of twits of an account. (the twitter is selected on the example). You can put here any twitter account now, all you need is to get from twitter API tools to get latest twits of an account. And the footer area is enough clear i guess. When you click explore button, or scroll down for the first time, we want that the boxes appears with fade in effect, We want that the video will not autostart, but starts after it finish %10 buffering. A buffering control example you can find here: [login to view URL]~cpearce/[login to view URL] The second page, news list page, we have the same top menu (and submenus opening on mouse over), there is a banner area on the top, There are 2x3 boxes showing announcements with image thumbnail (again you see an example of mouse over image). The next column is again for announcements, but only text area. On the jpg you see the mouseover effect on the second text announcement. "Tüm duyurular" is a href link Right column is the same twitter messages as the main page. When you click "daha fazla haber göster", (its "load more"). 2x3 more boxes will be added to the imaged announcements area, and it will continue to add 2x3 more every time we click. Please be carefoul about fonts and pixel accuracy. The deadline is 25.05 Monday and unfortunately can not be extended. So we prefer to get it tomorrow (sunday) if its possible.
