Developing smart banner module for existing custom made content management system (CMS) in asp.net

Existing situation The current or the existing system have banner but It does not support doing any change through module or an engine therefore, every time I need to change or modify or even add new picture I have to do that manually through codes. A module that can fit into existing CMS which can handle all pictures and videos need to be posted with creative and attractive effects. 2. The module should be intuitive and easy to operate thus; mock, dummy HTML layout or similar example should be made prior to any installation to the existing CMS to avoid any correction later on. 3. The module should have library for list of picture and videos need to be displayed. 4. The module should have the ability to show different way of content such in sequence random with duration control of each post. 5. The modules should be mad in way allows text with creative effects and different colours to be displayed over the pictures or videos need to be dialysed in the banners. With ability to hyperlink all text, picture and videos if needed. 6. The module should have the ability to auto fits (auto scale) all displayed content (text, pictures and videos). 7. The module should have the ability to connect and display the last twitter post if its activated. 8. The module should have the ability to connect and display the randomly or the latest Instagram post if its activated. Candidate for the project I would consider qualified bidder is the one with great experience in asp.net and has handled similar project with example. Warranty The module should not contradict / crash the existing code or the system and it should function very well. And in case of any issues related to smart banner the winning bidder should fix it within fix time frame.
