HTML / XML presentation with interactive small Q/A content

I need a small presentation with some interactive content. It will be split in 3 sequences with 3 slides each, and an opening sequence with only 2 slides. They have a yes/no question in the first slide, and the user's answer has to reflect in the following slides. Slides will contain images and videos which I'll provide ready to use. Has to be responsive to media screen. IMPORTANT: Presentation will be accessed through a specific app that has some technical specifications that MUST be followed. Guideline manual is provided. Attached file contains 2 pages from manual, please bid only if can work with that type of language. Delivery SCHEDULE: 1- First test: 2 simple sequences, no need for layout development yet, just 2 slides each, to check if code works connecting both sequences, in the app environment. (1st milestone, 30% of bid) 2- After successful test, full presentation should be delivered following PDF i will provide. (2nd milestone, 50% of bid) 3- After job is done and delivered, i will perform a final test and send for technical evaluation. Some modifications might have to be executed, so your bid must preview those minor modifications, and a final milestone (20% of bid) will be released only after full approval. i need it ASAP!
