Build a Taxi Mobile App (4 freelancers)

We plan to start a business similar to that of Uber but with more functionalities. In the US and where we live in Southeast Asia, Uber takes a cut of 20%. We plan to charge around 3%, where 2.5% goes to the operator and 0.5% goes to us the top management. The operators will be responsible for recruiting and managing the drivers/sellers, and setting a competitive local fare rates. The main functions of the app are: - take a ride - buy food - buy goods - rent a car - wash my car - repair my car I have already started on developing the app using Cordova and node.js. Specifically, I have obtained an app screen mockup from a freelancer contest two weeks ago. Among a few important functions, I have also completed the overall basic UI, and incorporated the Google Map which can be used to detect other users' locations through WebRTC p2p data connections, and show the route to a destination along with the time and distance. Now I wish to hire 4 freelancers to work with me and complete the app by the end of this year. As you bid, please give me the order of your preference (eg. 3-1-2-4, 3 being the first choice). The price you bid here will be your bid for your first choice. Job 1: UI/Map Artist Your job will be to implement the screen mockup and keep enhancing the user interface for a great user experience. Additionally, you will be in charge of anything directly related to Google Map. I have already developed most of the Map functionalities but it can be improved further. For instance, the car movement on the map can be smoother and the connections can be more persistent. You will be working closely with the App Programmer and Management App Programmer, receiving the basic programs from the programmer. The important skills for this job are HTML, CSS. You should also be ready to handle JavaScript, Google Map, WebRTC, and cordova anytime. Job 2: App Programmer You will be 'ordering' APIs from the Back-end Developer and submitting your work to the UI/Map Artist for a final polishing process. You need to take care of all the computational functionalities for the passengers, drivers, food sellers, food buyers, goods sellers, goods buyers, rented car owners, rented car takers, car washers, car repair dispatchers etc. In short, you will be in charge of everything about the app except a polished user interface and Google Map. The important skills for this task are JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Cordova. Job 3: Back-end Developer You will implement and supply all the APIs demanded by the App Programmer and the Management App Developer. I will rent a server from Scaleway for you and supply you the basic code template which I wrote. The important skills for this task are JavaScript, node.js, Express, UNIX, and MongoDB. Job 4: Management App Programmer You will develop the operator part and the top management part of the app. You will 'order' your APIs from the Back-end Developer and submit your apps to the UI/Map Artist. The important skills for this job are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Cordova. The final product will be ONE SINGLE bug-free, beautiful, fully functional e-hailing app. Attached is a detailed specification of the functionalities of the system, and the app mockup image. Do read it carefully before you bid. You can ignore the websites at the moment as everything will be operated through mobile phones.
