Migrate WordPress website to static React & .NET application

I have a basic WordPress website with 12 pages. Pages include text, images, gifs, videos, data tables, forms and buttons.
We need this website migrating into React so the style looks the exact same.
The React app will need to use the latest react-bootstrap components and use sassy css.
The solution architecture and Nav/Layout/Footer has already been setup, we just need the pages implementing.
The application will need to be well written for SEO with correct <h1> and <p> tags around each element.
For the initial phase the website will be static. Next phase will be to hook some of the pages up to a CRM API for live data.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity of working on later phases.
