1. When you click on a an icon inside the calendar cell, it should open a new window for color changing. Once color is selected, the cell should change the background, and an angular function should be invoked, that will output a rootScope userId, the selected color, and the selected date. The color selection window should be divided by 64 colors tiles. 2. The icon should be displayed only when hovered on a cell
