Hi Sir/Madam, I have been working on sharepoint for 7 years. I have experience sharepoint installation, configuration, development and integration with 3rd party tools. As i understand, you use the sharepoint onprem version. But i am not sure that which version you have. So if you tell me its version, i can totally help you. Is there any special cause that you want to implement this form using InfoPath? As you know, the infopath is not supported after the version is 2013. Microsoft is released Powerapps to develop forms quickly like InfoPath. But we have to do some configurations for onprem environments. Besides, that tool is supported mobile view like Ipad, Iphone or android. You can see the app sample that is developed by PowerApps in my portfolio called Inspection App. I quoted this project for PowerApps. but you tell me that i want to develop this form with Infopath. I will quote this project again. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything.

I have worked with InfoPath 2007, 2010 and 2013 for over 10 years. I have created various solutions for clients using InfoPath. Although I am saying it will take 3 days, the completion date will depend on the complexity of the requirement. If it is simple requirements, then I might be able to complete it in a couple of hours I would also like to know whether you will give me access to your infrastructure in order to build and publish the InfoPath form. Also do you have any list or library already created for this purpose?
