Here is the job details :
1-I send you requests for positions, each with a reference
2-You create posts on Linkedin (or elsewhere)
.....
3-One week later, you collect the applications for each request
4-You do a first sorting to keep only the best candidates (two maximum)
5-You do an intervieuw with the candidates
6-You send me the best that you have chosen
7-I propose the candidate to my client
8-If the client is interested in my candidate, we do a four-way interview (the client, the candidate , you and me)
9-If the client validates the candidate, he hires him and we make 2 contracts: a contract between the candidate and me and a contract between the client and me.
10-You receive your payment
Note : We have to find THE candidate who exactly matches the client's request. Sometimes we won't respond to the request because we don't have the right candidate. It is worth not answering that to propose a candidate who does not correspond to the request, it is in my credibility.
