My job profile is to train people about our business and make them aware of changing Attitude, sharpening of skills, concepts , rules, acquisition of knowledge,behaviors to enhance the performance of employees. I am handling half region of West Bengal • Speak Asia earlier came into market research only later they started different kind of product selling like consumer products ,electronic products etc • I am used to travel 26 days in a month it’s a complete traveling job and I do travel all across these half region of West Bengal all over the month. •Holding day to day meetings with the exist panelists of the company. •Giving brief presentation on seminars Conduct by panellists or Distributors . •Trained Panellists and Distributors and making business strategy to convey people to joining as new Panelists. •Maximizing sales opportunities managing and motivating exists Panellists or new joining Panellists and Distributors. •Train Panellists on conducting survey work efficiently and honestly. •Involved in the development of marketing strategies for the company. •In charge of half region of the State West Bengal of country India handlings over 50 thousands Panellist and 5 distributors •Increased half region sales by up to 14 % in a one year period. •Handling public relations and press relations. •Holding day to day Marketing activities and making business strategy for Company business expansion. •Educate people on our Organization business and ethics involved
