Outbound Sales - Call Centre B2C

Lifestyles are currently looking for additional BPO provider partners [USA only] to assist us expand our B2C sales operations. You will be calling US Consumer Customers. We have been offering Consumer Benefits Network Services nationally for over 6 years now. We are no means a small company and we do all our own Billing and Customer Service in-house. We are looking for new partners to assist with residential/consumer sales. We have the ability to process an unlimited amount of sales per month but are looking for partners that can offer not less than 200 quality B2C sales per month. You should have a minimum of 10 seats/agents available to start immediately. 1) We require voice samples of agents if you’re a call center a) There will be about 3 days of training over the phone and studying our literature, brochures and website information. b) We will have scripts for outbound calling 2) Outbound calling agents must be reliable and have American style English with little no accent (Extremely important). 3) Call Centers are required have Predictive dialers & recording software plus access to the DNC database. 4) Call Centers should have their own lead databases [East to West Coast inclusive]. 5) Leads can be supplied after a qualifying period. [We are not in the business of supplying leads for other campaigns the Call Centers may have; that are not our campaigns] Compensation: 6) There is two methods of payment available, at the Call Centers discretion. 1) We can provide a weekly/monthly payment income. 7) The agents' responsibility will be as follows (and Verifier – team manager): - Call Households/home businesses & close the sale. - Process the Order with CC info. - Provide Service details. - Process Payments and answer billing questions. - Team Manager to verify [verification department] the sales and all details. - Handle customers' vital information (i.e. Credit Cards Information) - Handle Customer inquiries. Please, no single contractors unless you are experienced and would look to act as a project leader and have a team to fulfill the project. Otherwise, we only want to hear from established call centers/out sourcing operators. We are only looking for serious bidders. Also, this is project will not change or bend any of its terms and conditions for the interest of the Call Center. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE PAYING IN ADVANCE.
