Hi, We need a Facebook ads manager for our Dropshipping e-commerce business. We are looking for a young, creative, thorough and reliable person with strong organizational skills and a university master's degree who is Tech savvy and with determination to achieve. This person must work in Asia timezone (UTC +9). The initial main tasks are: - Create and manage Facebook ads - Using our criteria of optimization, modify and adjust Facebook ads - Creatively search for Facebook interests based on our niche using audience insights and other tools - Find multiple targeting audiences using Facebook interests - Create Lookalike Audiences - Other marketing assisting tasks will be added as the work progresses MUST: - Must have a Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Marketing...) - Must have 1-2 years experience using Facebook Ads Manager - Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Online Marketing - Must be creative and have a good marketing intuition - Must be good at analyzing data - Must have fast internet connection - Must be thorough and pay attention to details - Must have great organizational skills GOOD TO HAVE: - Good command of MS Excel PERSONALITY - Must be willing to achieve - Be Trustworthy Work will be spread from Monday to Saturday, a few hours per day.
