Hi, We are looking for a rock star Social media and digital marketing team. We have a Insurance website and we need a team to create Facebook and other social media campaigns to generate organic traffic and leads. This is basically for starting from the bottom and trying to work up. We have some ideas as campaign theme..but we need a team who shows initiative and shares their own ideas on how we can improve the marketing campaign. We need a team to Develop strategies for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social sites Creating buzzworthy/viral content based on brand needs Need to create social media posts, especially Facebook pages and create groups. Need to post in those with creative and engaging content regularly. Promoting viral posts and advertisements via social media promotions Growing social media followers through targeted promotions Ideating, developing, and running social media marketing campaigns Keeping on top of the latest social media marketing trends The campaigns must be monitored and measured constantly Should handle email marketing. Regularly communicate via email & phone about the progress of the project. Managing customer reviews, testimonials and user generated content updating the website with new content regularly. Setup new Facebook ad campaigns in different verticals. Monitor, analyze and optimize performance of existing Facebook ad campaigns Split test ads to find which ads perform best of each client Ensure Facebook ads deliver the best CPA possible to our clients (the focus is on driving conversions and getting our clients an ROI!) Notice problems early and take decisive actions to solve them Create Campaigns as needed Create ads as needed Setup alerts as required Implement PPC best practices Provide with Facebook page or post recommendations for higher conversions Provide any additional information regarding the facebook page and campaign to improve the success of the campaign.
