Search Engine Marketer / Outreach Backlink Analyst

We have an amazing opportunity for a rising SEO star to perfect further their backlink building skills. This role is a key component within our overall SEO strategy that includes an up to date content marketing play. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain experience using the latest up to date whitehat SEO techniques that provide realistic business driven results. We are looking for a freelance search engine marketer who enjoys obtaining natural backlinks using a smart outreach approach. Part of the role will also involve identifying and scoring potential backlink sites although we have thousands of potential links already identified that are ready to be worked through. We also have a number of tools at our disposal to speed this process up. Key Functional Areas and Responsibilities • Filtering and identifying quality natural backlink target sites. • The tailoring and personalization of outreach communication emails and templates. • Outreach activities such as initial contact and follow up with website contacts. • Natural backlink commenting in forums where appropriate. • Identification of potential niche guest post blog sites. • The careful tracking of our anchor text link profile to make sure that it falls in line with our overall SEO business strategy. • Help grow our natural link building processes. Professional Competencies • A passion for SEO, in particular, natural backlink building. • Outstanding ability to think creatively and apply this to outreach backlink activities. • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points. • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. • High attention to detail. Professional Skills & Qualifications • 1 – 2 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word • Desired: Experience working with popular keyword tools (AHREFs, Buzzstream, Spyfu)
