d3 visualisation

I have two d3.js examples that i want to combine, one with a ticker that rolls over time data, and the other with force directed bubbles in three segments or loci. I want to combine both so that new bubbles appear and move to the right segment or loci, existing bubbles resize larger or smaller from the dataset, and old bubbles disappear. examples available on [login to view URL] for successful bidder. should be a few hours of work. please show me examples of your d3 work to get the job.
