small kinda TRIVIA PURSUIT game

I need a project built in JAVA that will run on windows platform (not web). The basic idea is a very kinda simple Trivia Pursuit. The scoreboard is also uploaded or can be displayed in link below [login to view URL] Steps 01 Game requires number of players (1, 2 or 3) 02 Input the names of each player and every player gets a symbol to displayed on the board (like monopoly, between rabbit, bird, cat, dog and snail) 03 Every player rolls a dice to decide which will go first, second and third 04 A player rolls the dice and can choose from either direction on the board (left or right) 05 If fells on a blue box the game questions a blue box question, and if in green green question. 06 The questions will be in a text file and will read randomly. Some kind of structrure would be these fields [field1] question id [field2] question text [field3] true or false (the correct answer for the question) [field4] question description 07 When a question is displayed on the right, the player will choose TRUE or FALSE and depending the answer, will get X points if correct or 0 points and will displayed the field4 to tell the player why it was wrong. 08 Each players plays by turn, no bonus given or etc to play second time. 09 If the help button pressed will display a simple text file with instructions 10 Game ends when a player reach the final score points (100 or 200 or whatever) 11 The game will have a button to SAVE status (to enter a filename and come back later) and LOAD when the game starts (to start game when stopped) Parameters of the game (text file that can change values) - questions (structure displayed above or anything of your choice to become easy for you) - bonus of question that answered correctly (for example, 5, 10 or whatever) - points that end the game (can be changed for example, 100, 200 or whatever) - help file (I will enter the instruction text myself)
