Forum install.

Hi, This is a continuation project, left over from a previous deadbeat bidder. Basically you have to install forums, and create a homepage - that will link them all together. The site is basically like Craigslist, but each subdomain has it's own forum. You have to install the forums, insert adsense, and create the homepage link/directory. LOWest bid wins. I ONLY pay fully, once project is completed - no Escrow, or partial payments. So if you don't agree with this, Don't bid. I'd like to finish this quickly, it's been delayed far too long already. So only if you can do this now, bid.
