Addon/Extension to save and load Browser Inspect Elements Changes

I need someone to create an extension or addon that can do the following work. Explanation: I want to save the changes made using inspect element option in a browser. Suppose if I visit a webpage, change text,images,grphs or charts etc, they will be shown. If I reload or refresh that page, those changes will be gone and original data will be shown because browser loads data from the server. I want this to be intercepted automatically and show the changes that I made previously. Whenever I visit that page, those changes have to be shown automatically without clicking any button or browser showing us that we are using this trick to load the changes that we made. You can write a chrome extension or firefox add on that can do all of this work. If you can do this, write I CAN and we can proceed.
