Change the front-end of a JavaScript App

We have a web-accessible toolset for image reading, loading, viewing and image manipulation. This application is mainly built with different libraries in JavaScript, Python, C++, HTML and CSS. The different libraries (containers) are put together with docker to make a single application. We want you to update the front end and related back end(1-2 pages) of the web viewer of this toolset, which is mainly built with JavaScript (70%), HTML (20%) and CSS (10%). We will provide the corresponding PSD file for the design. Required skills: 1. Has extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP 2. Experience with Docker and containerization technology. 3. Can collaborate and work closely with in-house technology developer. 4. Demonstrates both proficiency and understanding of solid design principles. 5. Good communication skills. ** The final task will be to integrate this toolset into a LAMP Stack application. We also expect the freelancer to communicate the progress of the work continuously and deliver results according to milestones. We expect due diligence and time sincerity in the work. We may penalize for late deliverables.
