Create a News Aggregation based website. News stories will be sourced from both a Private News source and also from Public News outlets (i.e. Reuters, Guardian, AP, Bloomberg, Fox, CNN, etc.) News articles will be sourced from RSS NewsFeeds. Visitors will be encouraged to read news stories and setup an account using Facebook, Twitter or Google account authorization. All news stories can be commented by logged in users. News stories can also be tagged to post in users' Facebook, Twitter and other social media feeds. All news articles will be tracked by frequency read, number of comments, etc. News articles will be ordered on the website by Category and also presented to the users based on Trending, Most Popular, Most Commented, and Suggested For You (based on past new article reading activity), etc. News stories read by a user will change in how they are displayed similar to how YouTube videos change once they are viewed. Website must allow for drag and drop and slider bar user controls as news articles are read and the results of slider action and drag-drop function must be logged as data that can be indexed and aggregated at both the Article and the Logged In User level. Site must also support modern targeted digital ad insertion techniques both in 'News Headlines' list mode and also support additional 'in-line' targeted digital ad insertion when the body of a news story is being read. The site must be built with HTML5, Javascript, and Ruby On Rails -- and with other open source code and high scalability database structure as needed. Backend to be based on Heroku with anticipation to move to AWS as platform grows. Website to be built to support multiple languages via user profile language selection that will auto swap all UI language by reference to the selected UI language package. Website and underlying platform must be architected in a way to easily allow the backend structure to be plugged into both IOS and Android mobile app front ends in the near future with these apps having comparable news reading and commenting capabilities. This platform needs to be architected to support up to 5 million login accounts, 1 million news stories and 100 million comments that can be indexed to both the source News Article and to users' login accounts. Project must be completed in 60 days.

You will need to pay good money to have an website that actually has a shot at being successful.
