project with java and c#

hi i have a java code which needs to be converted to c# and need to add some changes to the original code after conversion. You are also asked to extend the original program’s functionality, as outlined : Saving the image to a file. Saving and loading the state of the program, so that a user can quit out and then restart and resume zooming. Changes to the colour of the fractal in some way (this may be an attempt at colour cycling). Some discernible output (might be incorrectly coloured) 5. Correctly coloured and animated 6. No display issues (such as flickering) 7. Smooth and fast animation Additional Functionality (not in original Java) 8. Saves or copies bitmap to file 9. Saves state and allows continuation after the program has been 10. Some form of colour palette changes 11. Additions to the program such as colour cycling
