Shopify Liquid Javascript Date Of Birth Check + Data Collect To Order/Export

Create a date of birth gateway on the product page of our shopify website which collects the date of birth (not a calendar click...mm/dd/yyy on both desktop and mobile) of the user before allowing items to be put into the cart or to checkout. The date of birth will be checked and if the user is not 21 years old or over the user will be precluded from placing items in the cart or checking out. If they are under 21 a message will appear explaining we cannot sell alcohol to minors. We can provide the exact language for the request for date of birth, and denial if under 21. This gateway will appear each time someone goes to the site, even from the same computer, and only will not appear if the user is logging in from an account they have set up which includes their date of birth as part of the stored information for their account. Each transaction will record the date of birth in the Order at the back end of Shopify. Each export of Orders from Shopify will include the date of birth information for each order. The solution will render seamlessly across platforms and browsers and cannot be turned off.
