The purpose of this portal is to achieve a good portal to communicate tender documents The site exits globally from: 1. Homepage with ongoing and completed tenders. 2. A login screen login section 3. A page where users an overview is given of current and completed tenders of that user 4. A detail of a tender in which to find the documents that can be downloaded. Admin section 5. A portal containing all projects and users 6. A page to create user / maintain the user 7. A page projects to make / maintain the project The purpose of the 2nd version of the tenderportal is to add some functionalities: 1. logbook of the logins and downloads of the candidates 2. checklist function 3. automated notifications to the milestones.
