Before the optimization phase there are few questions i need to discuss in advance to get to know what and how much optimization you are looking for. 100% optimization is impossible if anyone claiming that with you. there are few things that can be done in phase 1 to accomplish a good speed but the rest will be done requires a lot of time to achieve and full understanding of the back end sometimes a complete revamp will be required as well.
