I'm the manager of a VPN company. I need a devoted employee to be available 8hours+ per day on Live Chat and to handle all email/livechat support requests. Normally there are 10-20 chats per day, 50% of which sales questions. All problems are usually of the same type and the person can be trained to address them. Must work fast. Must have Linux knowledge since some problems are resolved server-side. Must have PERFECT ENGLISH language skills. Must have access to Windows 8, Mac, iOS, Android, DD-WRT router. Must be extremely polite and respectful to all customers. Must receive compliments from 50% of all customers that the support provided has been excellent. Candidates who have worked for VPN companies in past are preferred.
