modify Fedora 19 A R M and make it Branded Fedora as OS for S mart P hones

hi , i am looking to find a system administrator that can Modify Fedora 19 or Fedora 18 A R M logo and wallpaper and avatar , log in , log out logo ( anywhere that there is image of Fedora or wrote fedora / ' if you can set main page of Mozila FIreFox to our custom website also will be fine ' ) let me say you simply : Branded Fedora and give us 2 versions , the most important is : Bootable OS that we can simply install on SmartPhones , like SAMSUNG Galaxy S 3 , S4 or Tablets , and a version that will work on USB on pc !
