Hi I have seen attached Screen shots this does not show any loads i can see output from top has avg load very descent and low I could analyze and provide a fix for your with following two approaches 1. Check and collect info when it crashes and with peak load 2. Analyze root cause if its IO Bottleneck or with Your Web Server configuration which i suspect most i.e. Number of Thread settings 3.
