Import VirtualBox VM into a Oracle Cloud Custom Instance

Greetings I have seen Screen shots its seems its Hyperion Installed , i can convert it into Custom Image and Upload to The Oracle Cloud If its normal Hyperion Installation with no Data or custom setups i can setup a clean Hyperion Instance from Available templates on OCI regards sarfraz
