scripting with bash

Hello, I wrote that bash script and it's ready to use. The script accepts path of the directory from which the "jpg" files must be copied and copies them to the destination "/pictures/year(2018)/month(03)" (this can be changed of course). Year and month directories are created automatically if they don't exist. Year and date for an each file is determined by its modification date (This logic can be changed and determine year and month by other way). Thank you.
