Hi, I can do this work using wifi module with microcontroler running very simple lua scripts managing gpio,uart,spi, tcp, http requests The Bluthoot module can be connected to serial port for interface. U want low energy version? Can include 1inch oled for display information. The module wifi run as station to connect to router and as softAp same time, clients can connect to module to interface or acess web page.
