Need Market Reserch on Manufacturing Sector In India

We are a small U.S. manufacturer of electronic ceramic components and want to establish a site in India for R&D and manufacturing. We need someone to develop a plan for the cost and schedule for opening such a site. In addition, we would need estimates of the total annual operating expenses of such a facility including labor cost, rent, utilities, taxes, etc. We also need a comparison of the benefits and negatives of major cities in India we could locate in as well as photos of possible sites we could rent in each. We need to know what is involved in setting up the site and exporting from that site to the world market. We need an analysis of the shipping costs of equipment and raw materials to the site probably by ocean shipping and out to customers by air shipping. We need to know the labor rates and availability of product, process, applications and quality engineers; managers, administration personally, sales people, manufacturing workers, technicians, team leaders, etc. We essentially need a strategic plan including all the costs and time to establish and then run the operation. If you do a good job on this plan there will be much more follow on work to do in the actual establishing and opening this facility. Would you please look for the current wages or salaries at various labor categories including operations manager, quality engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, manufacturing team leader, manufacturing engineer, manufacturing technician, operators or assemblers, bookkeepers and admin people and marketing and sales people. We would like to see their current wages and how that varies by years of experience and how fast it has increased over the last five years. We then want to see how that compares to other industrial areas in India. We need to look at transportation and how the labor will get to the factory. We need to see payroll related taxes. In addition to wage related costs, we need to see logistical costs and times, for example shipping raw materials from China by sea and final product to customers by air primarily. We need to see safety and crime info as well as good accommodations for us to travel to the factory. We need to see electrical power costs and issues with power disruption which is a common problem in some parts of India. We need to also see whether the government is providing incentives in that area such as tax free and import duty free zones. It makes sense to layout an Excel spreadsheet and start putting all of this data in. It would be great if you could find videos and phots of industrial areas.
