Hi, I can implement this for you. 1. Before finalizing we should talk about the receiver blocks I need to deliver. 2. By measurement data you meant raw IQ data right? 3. What all impairment handling would you require? Like channel estimator and equalizer; CFO corrector etc. If you do not have any preference I can go with these usual ones. I have master degree in wireless networks, and my thesis in BSc and MSc both were about this field. In BSc I was worked on power allocation mechanism for wireless multiple access network to optimizing QoS and network throughput versus number of user that serviced in a same time there was a trade-off challenge between them, and in MSc education I worked on PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) reduction in a LTE base system. I know How should I model such a systems in matlab and what you need exactly. P.S. I can use classes in matlab for your project programming and it will be really useful to work with classes in programming (OOP), it really help to development capability of your research in the future with this code.
