The overall project work is to correctly create a functional moving average component and integrate it into the uploaded expert advisor to be able to open trades when price pushes through the moving average only if certain easy-to-understand conditions, that are simply laid out in the attached document, are met. Just that. Nothing more. Nothing less. I would like to engage with a freelancer for less than one hour after he or she reads the requirements. The task is simple and cannot take more than one hour. I can guide them through the development process. From then one I will engage the freelancer again on a timed basis for subsequent tasks.
