I want make a alert indicator mt4

This indicator can auto-get today highest and lowest and draw today fibo on chart. Also highest and lowest of yesterday high low and draw fibo (I can turn on or off this function draw yesterday OR today fibo) It should also have time offset. It may get wrong highest lowest to draw fibo due different timezone. The fibo should be like pic 1 below, only have 2 high low line + 3 lines in middle, i don't want fibo have too many line Next, it can also create 10’ chart and 20’ chart. It will send me email alert if a bear pinbar archive those condition: I can choose to turn off/on this pinbar email alert with yesterday or today fibo) a) Bear Pinbar have (tail) wick length is at least or longer than ? % of the real body. b) Bear Pinbar may have (head) wick is at least or smaller than ? % of tail wick c) Before bear pin bar must be green bar (up bar), and tail of bear pin bar must at least same or longer than tail of green bar before it Speacial, those below need those above conditions to work 1) Bear Pinbar Cross 50% fibo and close below 50% fibo + 3 condition above will send email alert (I can control this function on off, control it alert on today fibo or yesterday fibo or not work on both fibo, and also choose it alert on what timeframe, which can be multi timeframe, in 5’,10’,15’,20’,30’,1hour i can choose alert only on 5', 10', 1 hour or alert 15',20',30' only 2) Bear Pinbar cross 61.8% fibo and close below this level + 3 condition above wil send email alert. (I can control this function on off, control it alert on today fibo or yesterday fibo, and also can CHOOSE it alert on what timeframe, can be multi timeframe, in 5’,10’,15’,20’,30’,1hour i can choose alert only on 5', 10', 1 hour or alert 15',20',30' only 3) Bear pinbar +3 condition above = send email alert( no cross fibo need, i can control turn on/off this indicator, what timeframe i want it alert) 4) Bullish pinbar + 2 condition above, the only different is before bullish pinbar must be bear bar + tail of bullish pinbar must longer than the bar before it ( no cross fibo need, i can control on/off this indicator, what timeframe i want it alert) Please give some arrow or anything at signal bar ( where it send me email), just to let me know it work correctly
