MS Access Query Design to Join Data Extracted from Salesforce & Other CRM

Southern Glove Sells through Manufacturer’s representatives. Each Store (Ship-To) location is assigned a manufacturer representative. Manufacturer representatives are assigned specific territories. We use an ERP system called Exenta in-house where we have some contact information and we also use Salesforce for contact information. The two databases are not connected in any way. Data retrieval from Exenta is very difficult and expensive. I have downloaded Exenta and Salesforce information into Access. I need to combine the two databases and send excel spreadsheets to our manufacturer’s representatives. In Access I have the following tables imported from Exenta: Customer Master - tblExentaCustMst (Salesforce equivalent is tblSalesforceAccounts) Contacts – tblExentaContacts (Salesforce equivalent is tblSalesforceContacts) Store – tblExentaStore (no Salesforce equivalent) Rep Assignment – tblExentaRepAssignment (no Salesforce equivalent) In the same Access Database I have the following tables imported from Salesforce: Accounts – tblSalesforceAccounts (Exenta equivalent is tblCustMst) Contacts – tblSalesforceContacts (Exenta equivalent is tblContacts) And one table outside of Exenta and Salesforce Rep Assignment by Zip Code tblRepAssignByZip I need one flat file that I can export to Excel that combines all the data from Exenta and Salesforce to give the following columns: Customer Number Customer Name Store Name Store Address Store State Store Zip Store Country Contact Name Contact Address Contact State Contact Zip Contact email Salesman1 (from Exenta) Rep from tblRepAssignByZip And possibly other columns Challenges – in the Accounts table imported from Salesforce there are many accounts that do not exist in the Exenta table – these accounts have the value TBD in Customer Id Column (titled SG_ACCOUNT_NUMBER__C).
