OneNote, Sharepoint, Outlook Setup

I am exploring the option of using Microsoft OneNote for our business. The plan is to have a OneNote Notebook for each of the accounts that we work on. All correspondence, particularly email, will be printed into the OneNote Notebook for that account. The problem I am having right now is that when a Notebook is shared with a person they can only open it in OneNote Online. The button that we use to print emails into OneNote does not allow us to print into OneNote Online. Also, We'd like to hyperlink, or some other connection, from a cell in an Excel spreadsheet to the OneNote Notebook. Basically our employees would be able to open up the Excel, find the account they are looking for, click the link, open up the OneNote Notebook for that file, and print into it. If someone has a solution please let me know.
