Acronis backup not running until i restart my server

recently i face an issue on my server backup, i run Acronis Backup Advanced Version 11.7 update 1, on windows server 2012 R2 Standard. schedule / manual backup not running until i restart the server, when i try to restart acronis services i receive the following error: " Windows count not stop acronis management machine service service on local machine, Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion "
