I have a data base (SQL Server) where the table names end with 03 such as: PRODUCTS03, CLIENTS03, LOG03, etc. I need a script to rename all the tables (to change the suffix) and look like this: PRODUCTS01, CLIENTS01, LOG01, etc. I need the script because I need to do it with some databases (for instance change 02 suffix to 04 or others like that)
