Hello, I am a UK-based Android professional and I can complete this work for you. Here's how I would complete this proposal; I would implement a standard Android button that, when pressed, opens a Dialog with a Canvas element inside. When the user's finger is dragged along this canvas, I will draw a smooth line. Saving the signature after that should only be a matter of getting the area of the canvas where the pixels have changed (e.g. are black instead of white) and displaying it in the form via the Bitmap class.
