Android developer who can integrate Hype Lab SDK for offline chat

I need one chat application on the native Android. - Basically, application stands for an offline chat application. Users can chat offline without having internet using peer to peer connection. For peer to peer connection, I purchased hype lab SDK ([login to view URL]). They have ready chat demo as well. I need user can chat each other using only connection using wifi or Bluetooth only. They will create mesh network each other. They can chat each other using local wifi or Bluetooth connection. No need of internet. And you don't worry about this peer to peer connection or mesh network in an app. Hype Labs provides itself. They have chat application demo ready too. You just need to integrate into the application. Here are the features of the app. 1) Offline chat 2) Photo 3) VOD (Video on demand) 1) Offline chat - This feature will be implemented by Hype lab SDK. A user can chat each other using our APK. You have store chat history in the local database. Or if you want you can use Firebase as well. A user can chat each other using our app. When the user got a connection with another user's same app they got a chat application. Only one to one TEXT chat no audio, video or image chat. Just simple text chat application. 2) Photo: No need to make functional in this phase 3) VOD (Video on demand): User can access this library video offline. I have ready this feature in native Android code. You just need to integrate into the application. Just drag and drop. Basically, an app is for a country where internet is the main problem.
