Make a simple ANDROID app that places a small gif animation - a semitransparent ball that expands for 6 seconds to remind INHALATION and followed by a contraction for another 6 seconds - this app should run in the background and overlay any screen the user works on - automatically on startup but user should have a way to close it when it is disturbing - this is intended to relax while people do their normal work or fun on their phone The user should be able to move this animation to any place on his screen and also be able to adjust its size
