Fix IPTV Streaming Android app **URGENT**

This is an URGENT project and needs to be discussed now, and completed in the shortest time possible. please read the details carefully and ask all the questions you need via private chat. 1) make app 100% compatible with Android 4.2.2 Details: currently the app works ok on Android 4.2.2 TV Boxes, but when changing channels, we're facing 2 major problems; 1st problem = audio works but picture is frozen for 5-20 seconds, then picture plays very slow for another 5-10 seconds, then both audio and video play fine. 2nd problem = audio and video work, but not synchronized, if we change channel and come back to it, 50% of the times it fixes itself. This issue only happens on android v4.2.2, we tested on 4.0.3, 4.4.2, 5.1.1, and 6.0.1 and all works fine. 2) ) currently when you add 1 channel to the fav folder, and you go to that channel inside the fav folder, and you remove that single channel from fav, then suddenly the app can't change channels because it's stuck in a category that's empty. i need this fixed so the user can easily press the OK button to display the channel/category list again easily to go to a different category/channel. 3) when the subscription expires on the customer's account, it should automatically display a message saying the subscription is expired. but this doesn't always work, sometimes it shows properly, and sometimes the app crashes and closes. this needs to be fixed. 4) currently the app checks for internet connection on startup, if no internet connection is found, it displays a msg to retry or get more help. i need the app to keep retrying to connect to the internet for upto 60 seconds before it gives the error about the "no internet connection", even if the Ethernet cable is unplugged, i still need the app to keep retrying for upto 60 seconds. 5) on some tv boxes, if device was turned off (not sleep) while still streaming, then turned on again, it will display an error "Request is expired", and will not work until we clear data/cache for the app. but if the app was closed properly then device turned off, it will work perfectly fine. 6) i need the final source files. all developers who don't have "Real" Android TV Boxes for testing, don't bother bidding. i'm not interested in testing the app in a virtual environment, it's not the same, and it doesn't work. all developers must have previous experience in the same iptv streaming android development, and must show their previous related work; not interested in any other type of app development, only IPTV/STREAMING related. once the project is awarded to a developer, the full agreed milestone will be deposited to freelancer, it will not be released until project is 100% completed and delivered; no partial payments. There is a continuation for this project, but that will be discussed once this is completed
