Ionic Coder Wanted --- Android App for Food Selling Marketplace

A food selling marketplace wanted to build an app for SELLER SIDE only. Tasks for coder as below :
(A.) App OS : Android ONLY
(B.) Main Purposes : Push notification and seller Response to order in time
(C.) Framework : Latest IONIC Framework (compulsory) --- code in the responsive design
(D.) UI Design : Simple and clean design will do. Will provide logo and its color code.
(E.) Google Store : Upload the APK to Google store by using client’s Google developer account.
(F.) Google Panel : Provide 5 screenshots, resize icon, banner and featured graphics design for uploading the APK to the Google store
Requirement as below :
(A.) Push Notification : Firebase
(B.) Provides 100% full source code & Optimize the source code
(C.) Well documented source code and attached with the specification docs
(D.) At least 1 year warranty (such as Bugs , app features / link error or auto shut down issue )
(E.) Unlimited revision (in terms of UI DESIGN and FEATURES adjustment before we finalize the app. NOT functions.)
Remarks as below :
Status : Existing Website, Backend and Server is ready. APP will only link with APIs.
Position : For existing seller only. (New Seller will register through website NOT inside the app.)
Remark : All related API will be provided and using REST.
Client Budget : $250 ~ 280 , Deliver : 21 Days.
