iOS and android native app copy of unfinished app

Previous unprofessional developer not finished the app on time and refused to start the android version, requesting more money than previously stipulated, hence I'm looking who can finish them and do it fast. Basically I need 2 NATIVE apps (android + iOS, not web display or hybrid) that populate data from a working wordpress site. I've made an API to gather the data in json format. (kinda REST API). Video, thumbnail, text, comments, etc. I have the ipa files for the iOS demo version the previous dev sent me (NOT SOURCE CODE), or a video and pictures from the almost finished app. Job is almost done, just need some bugs being fixed and minor details. Android should be copied from iOS version. Apps should get notifications every time the client post updates. (So far notifications are working, just need some improvements.) Videos are hosted in vimeo in a private channel and can only be viewed from the website. The user should be able to read the blog post, watch the video, posts and comment on them. App has at least 2 tabs: Videos, blog and other for now Search ability to find videos/blogs within tags, categories, titles, text. Developer should be willing to modify, update or change anything at will in a comprehensive way of course. I'm also a developer/tech and understand the fuss. Will be taken more into consideration those who let the code open and easy to modify by us or any other developer in the future to add simple stuff. Before to get payed, apps should be able to be listed/approved in Google Play and also iOS App Store. (Have dev accounts in both sites) At this moment, no ads would be added whatsoever within the app. Public should see no ads during the use of this apps. No login, user signup, subscription needed.
