IOS App Development with REST Services Integration

Looking for an experienced IOS developer to help with coding an IOS application as a minimum viable product. Application will communicate with REST services hosted in cloud and expected to receive push notifications. Design and Coding Scope: User A: app user | User B: Online Portal User - Customer (A) will install the app from app store - Customer (A) then registers with a service hosted in cloud. Cloud Service portal already has basic information related to this customer. Cloud portal will first generate some kind of token and authenticate the user matching that token (sent either as text/email etc). - On successful registration, Service Portal will store Customer device information...Service portal should always be able to reach the device (active) as long as customer is active (discount device offline/broken etc) - Basic app will just have 2 screens a) profile of customer A b) list of past push notifications received - Workflow 1. Customer B generates a message that needs to be routed to the device as push notification. Service portal middleware intercepts the message and stores message information in the database. (this part already exists). Service Portal then will do a lookup to see if the device (identified by customer A) exists in internal database. If found, then it should send a push notification to that device (via a service like GCM) (we don'e have this) 2. Customer A will receive the notification on IOS app. Customer A will then acknowledge the message and the acknowledgement needs to be intercepted by the service portal again. This is a very important notification and as such would to good to have some alert customizations (like sound/visual etc). We are hoping this MVP will prove a concept we believe has a full potential to become a solid product. As such, we will be counting on your prior experience to guide us in right direction....if you have not done this type of integration before, pls do not solicit.
