Need an App & Website Admin portal to track company day-to-day data

The purpose of this project is to improve the way we currently track our company’s day-to-day operational metrics. This solution will be for internal use for a small local transport company and not for public use. To achieve this we need a mobile app with a website dashboard to log in to and do the following: - input daily data - export customized reports based on the data entered - archive data on cloud Currently we use Google sheets to input data and then manually extract that data to create reports for our company. We basically use spreadsheet to record data for every aspect of our daily operation and generate reports. The new app and web portal should replace Google sheets and our staff should directly be able to input data into the user-friendly interface of an app, data should be stored on cloud and be available to export when needed. The website does not require to be fancy. It’s serving purpose for employees logging on and access the data and the forms using a computer and not a mobile device. Part A: daily operation data and reports Create online database of daily operations and customized reports from this data Functionalities: - Input data - Output easy to read reports - Store data and reports in cloud - Archived data/reports should be easily searchable by all variables - Should be able to easily edit the predefined fields in the forms so we can easily add/remove forms as needed Part B: tracking staff shifts and scheduling Integrate a way for the staff to clock in and out of their shifts so we can track hours and add that to the reports Functionalities: - Set schedule employees for next day - Set schedule employees for entire week - Wages calculator - Export payroll report - Track absence, sick leave, tardiness, performance coaching - Notify managers of employees approaching overtime limit - Track employees working an unscheduled shift Part C: - Paid Subscription area for clients Bid only if you have experience and knowledge.
